Validity and Redemption:

1. The Gift Card is valid for **one year** from the date of activation.
2. Redemption is valid only for ** Hotels ( Domestic) & Holidays bookings** made through [www.yatra.com] Desktop or App.
3. The Gift Card is not applicable for bookings of Flights, Holidays, Buses, Prime, or any other categories except Domestic Hotels Bookings.
4. The Gift Card is valid for multiple/partial redemption. Multiple transactions can be performed until the value is exhausted during the validity period.
5. Up to 3 Gift Cards can be combined and used in a single transaction.

Online Redemption Steps :

1. Select your hotel and fill in the required details until you reach the payment page.
2. On the payments page, select **"Gift Voucher"** as your Payment Mode.
3. Enter your 16-Digit Gift Card/Card No. and the 6-Digit Pin No.
4. Click on **"Redeem Gift Card"** and pay the balance amount (if any) using other listed payment modes.

Financial and Cancellation Policy:

1. Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/excess tour cost/government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (only if the package cost exceeds the Gift Card value).
2. No additional discount or reduction in price will be entertained other than the value mentioned on the Gift Cards.
3. This Gift Card cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer, discount, cash back, or promotion run by Yatra.com.
4. No change or cash can be taken in exchange for this Gift Card.
5. In case of transaction failures after the Gift Card is applied, the amount would be automatically refunded to the same Gift Card.
6. In case of cancellations where the EGV is still valid, the applicable refund amount (after deducting cancellation, rescheduling, and other charges) will be credited back to the EGV.
7. In case of cancellations where the Gift Card validity has expired, **no refund** will be processed for the amount paid by the Gift Card.
8. Yatra.com is not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between the date of redemption request and the date of using the Gift Card during booking.
9. If a Gift Card is lost or stolen, Yatra will not be liable for replacement or compensation.
10. In case the Gift Card expires, no further extension will be entertained.

General Terms:

1. Confirmation of any booking is subject to availability at the time of booking and governed by the standard booking terms & conditions of Yatra.com.
2. This is for individual use only; travel agents found using the card will lead to cancellation of the booking and no refund would be made.
3. Customers can check the balance online using their Gift Card credentials on https://yatra.woohoo.in/en-in/CheckBalance
4. All terms and conditions of the Gift Card, Yatra.com's standard terms (user agreement, privacy policy), and the terms of the respective service provider shall apply.
5. Any legal disputes regarding the promotion shall be handled in the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana only.
