Terms and Conditions Yatra E Gift voucher

1. EGV is valid for 45 days from the date of issuance.

2. EGV can be redeemed only at www.yatra.com or app

3. EGV is valid for booking of Flights only

4. For redeeming Flights online at www.yatra.com or App, please follow the following steps:

Please select your Flight and fill required details till you reach the payment page.
On the payments page, Select ""Gift Voucher"" as your Payment Mode.

Enter your EGV/ Card No. (16 Digit) and 6 Digit Pin No.

Click on ""Redeem Gift Card"" and pay the Balance amount (if any) using other Payment Modes listed.. only.

5. In case of any query towards the redemption process you can write to: coepromoteam@yatra.com

6. In case of transaction failures after EGV is applied, the amount would be automatically refunded to the same EGV.

7. EGV is valid for one time redemption only.

8. EGV is not applicable over the Hotels / Holidays / Buses & Prime Bookings.

9. EGV is not applicable for the Prime users.

10. If a purchase is less than the value of the EGV, then customer can avail the discount maximum upto the value of the purchase only. Balance EGV amount will be forfeited..

11. Two or more EGVs can’t be used in a single transaction.

12. Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/excess tour cost/ government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (Only if the package cost exceeds the EGV value)

13. If an EGV is lost or stolen, Yatra will not be liable for replacement or Compensation.

14. EGV once expired can’t be revalidated further.

15. EGV once sold can not be exchanged or refunded in any scenario.

16. This EGV cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cash back/promotion run by Yatra.com.

17. No additional Discount / reduction in the price will be entertained other than the value mentioned on the EGVs.

18. Confirmation of any booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard booking terms & conditions of Yatra.com.

19. Yatra.com is not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between date of redemption request placement and date of using EGV during booking.

20. No change or cash can be taken in exchange of this EGV.

21. In case of cancellations, where EGV validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by EGV..

22. All the terms and conditions of the EGV as given hereof and standard terms and conditions, user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) of Yatra.com as mentioned on the website www.yatra.com and the terms and conditions of the respective airline/ hotel /resort/other service provider shall be applicable on the Customer.

23. Any legal disputes, whatsoever regarding any aspect of the promotion shall be handled in the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana only.
